・ We may cancel your order in the event of product shortages, stock shortages, exceeding the maximum purchase quantity, or other compelling reasons.

・ Delivery may be delayed according to delivery areas, delivery conditions, high order volumes, or other reasons. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Order Cancellations, Product Returns, and Exchanges ・ Please kindly note that any cancellation, return, or exchange due to customer circumstances after an order has been confirmed is not accepted.

・ However, if the delivered product does not conform to the contract in terms of kind or quality, we will accept the return of the product and exchange it for a product that does not have such non-conformities, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

- the product must be unused;
- the product packaging and accessories must be returned in the same condition as when delivered; and
- you must apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product using the method we specify.

・ If the delivered product does not conform to the contract and you wish to return or exchange it, we will bear the cost of return shipping and redelivery.

・ If we do not have exchange inventory for a product that does not conform to the contract, we may, in lieu of exchange, refund the sales price of the product at the time you purchased it, as well as the shipping fees and various other fees incurred at the time of purchase. However, if you ordered multiple products and are returning some of them, you will bear the shipping fees and various other fees incurred when you purchased those products.
Receipt of Products ・ If a product is returned to us due to your refusal of receipt, long-term absence, or an incorrect address, we will store the product for up to three months from the date of our receipt.

・ During such period, redelivery may be arranged. If you wish to request redelivery, please contact us via the aforementioned inquiry form within such period.

・ The shipping fees for redelivery will be borne by the customer. Please make the payment in accordance with our instructions.

・ After the storage period has expired, we will assume that you do not have the intention to receive the product, terminate the contract, and dispose of the product at our discretion. In this case, we may charge you a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the product price, shipping costs, and other expenses incurred in storing the product.

・ In addition, if we are unable to deliver the product to you during the storage period due to reasons attributable to you, we may suspend your membership and refuse to provide you with our services in the future.
