【Ticket Information】

・Each ticket provides approximately 1 minute of talk time.

・Individuals may purchase only once per talent, with options to buy 1–5 tickets (1–5 minutes) for the same event block.

Examples:
・1 ticket = approximately 1 minute
・3 tickets = approximately 3 minutes
・5 tickets = approximately 5 minutes

・Purchasing tickets for multiple blocks or multiple dates for the same talent is not permitted.

Example:
Purchasing 1 ticket for Day 1 and another ticket for Day 2 for the same talent is prohibited.

・Due to system limitations, additional purchases for the same block may not be possible after checkout is completed. We strongly recommend purchasing your desired quantity in a single transaction.

・同一タレントに対して、複数ブロックまたは複数日程の購入は禁止となります。

例：
Day 1で1枚購入し、さらにDay 2で同タレントのチケットを購入することはできません。

・システム仕様上、購入完了後に同一ブロックの追加購入ができない場合がございます。ご希望枚数は、可能な限り1回の決済でご購入ください。

・Please make sure your microphone and internet connection are functioning properly before the event begins.

・Each ticket grants approximately 1 minute of talk time.

・Fans may purchase up to 5 tickets per block per account.

・Please purchase your desired ticket quantity in a single transaction whenever possible.

・This is a queue-based event. Exact participation timing may vary depending on event progress.

・Please remain available during the entire event block.

・Schedules may slightly shift due to technical issues, staff coordination, or event delays.

・If a participant is not present when called, staff may move on to the next queue number.

・Harassment, inappropriate behavior, excessive requests, or actions deemed disruptive by staff may result in removal from the event without refund.

・Recording, streaming, or redistributing the Meet & Greet without permission is strictly prohibited.

・Unauthorized purchases through multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in cancellation of participation without refund.

・Refunds, cancellations, or ticket transfers are not permitted except in cases determined necessary by management.

・FIRST STAGE PRODUCTION EN reserves the right to modify event details or participation rules if necessary for event operation and safety.

・イベント開始前にマイクとインターネット接続が正常に動作していることをご確認ください。

・チケット1枚につき、約1分間の通話が可能です。

・1アカウントにつき、1ブロックあたり最大5枚までチケットをご購入いただけます。

・可能な限り、ご希望の枚数を一度にご購入ください。

・本イベントは順番待ち制（整理番号順）です。イベントの進行状況により、参加時間が前後する場合があります。

・イベント開催中は常時参加可能な状態で待機をお願いいたします。

・技術的トラブル、スタッフ進行、イベント遅延などにより、スケジュールが前後する場合がございます。

・呼び出し時に不在の場合、次の整理番号へ進行させていただく場合がございます。

・ハラスメント行為、不適切な発言、過度な要求、その他スタッフが迷惑行為と判断した場合、返金なしでご退場いただく場合がございます。

・許可なくミート＆グリートを録画、配信、または再配布することは固く禁じられています。

・複数アカウントを利用した不正購入は禁止されており、発覚した場合は返金なしで参加取り消しとなる場合がございます。

・運営が必要と判断した場合を除き、返金・キャンセル・チケット譲渡はできません。

・FIRST STAGE PRODUCTION ENは、イベント運営および安全管理上必要と判断した場合、イベント内容や参加ルールを変更する権利を有します。
